The reception staff are very attentive, enthusiastic, and humorous – I even felt a little embarrassed! The hotel's interior is clean, beautiful, and stylish. Surprised, amazed... Wow effect. Why? For a 3-star hotel, the service is fantastic. I'm in Halong Bay every week for business now (which I really enjoy)... I only ever book 3 days, but for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, and here's the kicker: German cuisine, a German chef! Yes, you read that right, they have German bratwurst with real potato salad – excellent! They even have (sometimes you need something sweet) a truly delicious pancake with Nutella. 😋 I'm very surprised that, upon request, the chef will even cook a dish from my homeland. Where else in Vietnam can you find that... nowhere else? Definitely the best 3-star hotel in Halong Bay in terms of price, cleanliness, and service (they also speak German and good English). My favorite, I always book there. 🫶
