I will never use this hotel again. This was the worst experience I've had staying at any of the group's hotels. There are other hotels of similar quality nearby that offer a better experience. This hotel does not offer 4 star service or hospitality.

I have good time staying at the hotel during my business trip. The hotel have great view to Halong Bay, nice staff and food. The bathroom is spaces, clean with bathtub. The bed is comfort. It's good choice with reasonable rate for my trip.

The room looks like it appears in the picture. However, breakfast is not a buffet like it shows in the app, probably because I stayed during low season.

I chose the family room. The kids loved it, nice view. The only pity is the TV is too old, need to upgrade to a smart TV for more luxury.

The room facilities were very old, the water in the bathtub couldn't be drained, and the whole room looked different from the pictures. It wasn't worth over 300 yuan, but worth over 100 yuan. The breakfast was particularly bad. We ate there at 7 am Vietnam time, and many of the dishes were cold, especially the bacon, which was ice cold!
