Royal Lotus Ha Long Resort and Villas

I have had the opportunity to travel to many places and stay in many types of hotels, but this is the first time I have experienced Villa-style service, so I have only one comment: Quality! ^_^. The big plus point is that the landscape within the Royal Lotus Halong Resort & Villas campus is very beautiful and also very spacious. Just raise your camera to take a photo and you can get a virtual photo of any place. There is also a tram on the campus, so there is a shuttle bus to take pictures. Don't worry about tired legs walking. The independent self-contained villas ensure private space and full amenities from the kitchen to the bedroom. Another big plus is that the wardrobe is very large and has lights inside, the bedroom has a balcony and a desk. Super nice chairs for virtual check-in, including elevators in each apartment, completely suitable for a family of many people to gather and rest, without being confined to each room like a traditional hotel. I traveled in a group with other families so living together was very comfortable. Personally, I highly appreciate the sophistication of the Management Board in arranging furniture and personal essentials. I did not have to ask for anything else from the receptionist from check-in to check-out. Another thing that I experienced for the first time was a live music performance in the buffet restaurant :D The food is so good that it doesn't need to be discussed, there are always staff on duty to support when you need to clear dishes or need help. , having dinner while enjoying quite interesting performances of the zither and T'rung. My only regret is that my stay was a bit short so I didn't get to experience the 4-season swimming pool. It looks so luxurious from the outside but I couldn't go in for a swim huhuhu :(( Another plost is the staff. Super ok staff, super support! I checked out in a hurry so I forgot my earrings in the bedroom and after contacting the front desk, the ladies were extremely enthusiastic to help me find them and deliver them directly to me at HP. Super plus plus!!!

After a 3-day, 2-night vacation at ROYAL LOTUS - HA LONG RESORT & VILLA, Hung Thang ward, Ha Long city, the whole group felt very satisfied with the service attitude and quality of resort services here. The resort complex is very large and beautiful, with many trees, fresh air, a beautiful beach with white and clean sand, a four-season indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool combined with a water slide area for children. In fact, in the spacious and beautiful grounds of the Resort, there are many beautiful photo angles for young people to choose from. The interior and space in the rooms are luxurious and modern, the food service here is also quite reasonable and delicious,... it is a place worth choosing and coming to experience. The second floor has a very large hall and stage that can host wedding events and crowded seminars. Especially at the reception desk, there is a team of staff in charge who are very enthusiastic, friendly, and also handsome, pretty, and lovely. Will definitely have the opportunity to come back to rest here soon.

. Lúc đầu đọc review lúc resort mới xây còn hoang mang lắm kiểu chết toi sao mà nghe bi đát thế này . Nhưng đến nơi thì phòng ốc ok . Bữa sáng theo set nhưng rất phong phú .hai chị em mìn trúng voucher bữa tối mà ăn no lặc lè luôn. Mấy chị nhân viên đáng yêu vô cùng lúc nào cũng tươi cười chỉ mình mấy đia điểm check in sang xịn min chứ . Mình check out quên đồ mà mấy chị cũng chạy đi kiếm quá trời . Resort nằm ngoài trung tâm thành phố không xa nên không gian thông thoáng hơn hẳn . Mê nhất là bể bơi nước nóng tắm lúc nào cũng được luôn . Túm quần là trước kia resort có sai xót do mới xây dựng, và chưa được góp ý nhiều nhưng giờ okela lắm nha 😍😍😍 . Đi nghỉ gia đình hay theo team đều được hết . Sau có dịp sẽ quay lại
