Really liked this hotel! Food in the restaurant was really good. Gym was spot on. Room was clean and spacious. Our bathroom didn’t have a shower unfortunately which we really value as don’t have time to have a bath everyday. The view from the balcony was really something!

I have a wonderful stay here, the hotel is so nice and clean with beautiful view, and the reception lady Trisha and Rachel are so kind and supportive to help us extend the checkout time, I am very thankful for that. Strongly recommend this hotel in Halong bay!

Great hotel and excellent staff. Nice location with the night market 300m away and beach 200m away. The only let down was loud building work all night that I was unaware of when booking. Oh and best shower in 3 months of travelling.

I booked a one-bedroom executive twin room. This hotel is very large with many rooms. I checked in during the Chinese New Year, and the hotel was almost empty; I was the only guest on my entire floor. The room facilities were complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. There were also two TVs. Downstairs, the hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which are great for getting to the beach. The downside of the hotel is that the surrounding area is quite desolate.

A not-so-great experience. The hotel is over-crowded, elevators are slow, service is quite bad. I booked 4 rooms, checked in at the same time, and the staff forgot to register one room’s cards, resulting in us waiting for half an hour (waiting for the lift and trying to reach receptionist, there was no directory, and when we found the right number they just didn’t pick up) before gaining access to the room. There was no room-receiving receipt or facility checklist whatsoever, we didn’t know the presence of two handkerchiefs until check out, which again caused us 45 minutes and 86k VND. Quite disappointing for a 5-star.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times now. The breakfast offers a good variety, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the environment is very quiet. This time, the Christmas atmosphere was really strong. Highly recommend!
