I stayed here for one night and I’m glad I didn’t book more nights. The location is very inconvenient, and communication was difficult as the receptionist doesn’t speak English. I arrived late in the afternoon, after 17:00. During check-in, the receptionist asked me to wait about 10 minutes because the floor was still wet. I asked if another room was available, but I didn’t receive a clear answer (using Google Translate). After waiting, I checked the room and noticed that the walls were very dirty and covered with marks (see pictures).

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beach, which is its only positive point. There's no room service, and nobody cleans the rooms during your stay. The reception is always empty, and no one is available. You either have to wait or go to the hotel across the street to find someone, and it's the same there – no one available. So, the service is really mediocre; apart from the location, nothing else is positive.

Easy to get to Sunworld Ha Long and even some local districts too, on foot, taking about 20 minutes. Thank you so much for offering us a nice accommodation. Memories created in me like the park's biggest coaster was surprisingly fun.

Room was dirty Socks became dirty after walking in room. Shower room was so dirty and smelly. Cockroach was in the shower after check-in and when I told to hotel lady about this she changed my room but still same dirty room

The cheapest place I've ever stayed. The room was new, spotless, and the AC was ice cold. Plus, it's really close to the beach.

The location is not convenient; all the cafes were quite a distance away and pricey, despite the neighborhood itself being rather upscale. The rooms are tiny, and the window in my first room wouldn't close properly. I requested a room change, which they granted. However, someone entered my room unannounced in the morning. My only thought was to get out of there as quickly as possible. And to top it all off, the TVs either didn't work, or if they did, their remote controls were missing batteries – I've encountered this exact problem in three different hotels.
