We arrived after 24:00. にあった Phone number に Phone すると The woman immediately opened the lock and accepted me. It seemed that if there was one motorcycle, it would be put inside, and it was two. It was outside, but it was chained. The room seems to have been renovated in 2022. It was very beautiful and there were two small balconies. The shower was a little bad. It was wide 々 and the towel was beautiful. There is also a dryer. Location is close to the port of Halon Bay cruise. Arrived in less than 10 minutes 々. There was a pharmacy in front of the hotel.

On our tour through Vietnam we stayed in this hotel. It is central, nearby are several restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and maintained and the staff were also quite friendly. Due to the Corona pandemic, few guests were present, so breakfast had to be ordered on the day before. The continental version, consisting of roasting, spice, small sausages, salad, bread and fresh fruit was sufficient and delicious. We had a pleasant stay in any case.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

I just stayed here last Saturday, the room is a bit small, but the design is quite nice and polite. The front desk staff were very gracious and friendly. Room soundproof is not good. From the room that clearly heard the noise from the hallway. But the price is quite cheap compared to the quality here

This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

The hotel is in an excellent location, about 6 kilometers away from the port where you can visit Halong Bay. The living functions nearby are also good, there are good seafood restaurants, traditional food markets and barbecue restaurants. I stayed in this hotel almost every week ( every Monday). All I can say is that this hotel is the best in Bai Chay area in Halong City. The hotel is clean, the location is very private out from those annoying noise of the street. Price is so reasonable. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. I commend Mr. Duc the very kind and very professional receptionist. He knows how to handle situations when it comes to dealing with the guest. And the hotel never disappoints me for every special request I make like having extra pillows every time we stay. Probably our favorite hotel. Thank you Secret Halong. Hoping they can put on their own restaurant so no need for us to go anywhere. They have free breakfast also. We will keep on staying to this hotel.

The room was clean and the service staff was kind. The only fly in the ointment was that the air conditioner in the room was faulty. It was difficult to fall asleep because it was not good in the middle of the night. Please help the counter. Check before check-in next time, so as not to be in the same dilemma. The hotel is still more than 2Km from the night market for shopping and eating. It is still acceptable. I will choose to stay next time I have the opportunity.

I've been travelling Asia for almost a year and this is by far my favourite place. The staff are lovely, the swimming pool incredible with great views and is overall the perfect place for a healthy lifestyle. The value for money is next to none, includes a really great breakfast buffet (eggs, baguettes, sausage, water melon, beef stew, pancakes, sticky rice, salad tea, coffee etc) all are cooked well and very taste. Location is just a 5 minute walk from Sunworld theme Park. Can rent a bike directly from hotel. I'm returning in Jan for 6 weeks What else do you need to know, get booking But what ever you do avoid the family room (penthouse) that has direct access to roof top pool because thats mine 😘😂🙌

I have stayed at a hotel to experience 4-star service but I don't think it is suitable for 4-star word. The hotel corridor does not turn on the air conditioner is very hot and mysterious, the baby elevator is hot and mysterious. I hope that at a 4-star hotel for buffet, there will be more choices but I feel very sad when the food is less choice, cold and not good.
