An exceptional hotel in every sense. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home, thanks to the genuine warmth and impeccable service of the entire team. During our stay, our son became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to care for us — assisting with medical arrangements and accompanying us to the hospital with remarkable kindness and professionalism. At the same time, they thoughtfully supported my husband and our younger daughter at the hotel, even helping during breakfast, which brought us immense comfort. The hotel also hosted a truly beautiful Christmas Eve dinner, creating a warm and memorable celebration for our family. The Kids Club was outstanding, and the food and coffee were without question the best we experienced on our trip. This level of heartfelt hospitality is rare. A stay we will never forget, and a hotel we will absolutely return to. Highly recommended.
