One of the best hotels I have stayed in, close to the beach and restaurants. The room was large and had a balcony. The view was of the sea. Everyone at the reception was helpful. In short, everyone was helpful.

Great hotel, central location, staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. Gym equipment needs updating, treadmills not working, cable machine broke, and you have to pay extra for the steam room & sauna, not much, but it is in the spa and part of a package.

The hotel faces Halong Bay and the scenery is great. Be sure to choose a sea view room. In the morning you can see the beautiful scenery of the entire Halong Bay. There are many small seafood opposite. It's great to have a late night snack and watch the beautiful scenery.
