The scenery is excellent, the staff's service is excellent, and the room is a bit old. Half of the room price is due to the sea view, and the subway station is less than 100 meters across the road, which is a bonus.

The ocean view from the room was amazing. The sunset is especially beautiful.
It is thoroughly cleaned and you can spend your time comfortably. The hot springs were very comfortable and I felt like I was at a resort. We also recommend taking a bath in the morning and taking a walk along the beach in front of the hotel.

Huge room - 3 big beds, open door with balcony and view over lake. Small table and chairs. Very tired room with dirty carpet and step up to bathroom. Convenience store close by. Lovely views both sides of hotel.

Thank you very much for your help this time. We decided to stay here to enjoy Lake Hamana on a trip with two sisters. The price was reasonable, and the dinner and breakfast were both delicious and satisfying. Other reviewers said that the building itself was showing its age, but I felt that the cleaning was thorough. The staff were also very nice and made me feel welcome. I was able to spend a comfortable time. I would like to use it again.
