The room was clean and well-designed, making excellent use of space. The location was also super convenient. I had a very satisfying stay! Highly recommend it to everyone. Come visit and explore Hamburg!

Very close to the station. Really clean. However, noisy of an evening with trains and traffic. Having said that, due to location would stay again. If you are arriving late, you need to check in at the ibis next door - this is not detailed on any booking confirmation I received.

Hotel itself is pretty new and great, the bed also good. But in our case the airconditioning was not cooling wel. The room felt a bit hot, but not too hot. Pretty good hotel for the price. I would recommend

Was easy to find. Bring your own slipper, there were none in the room.

The hotel is relatively close to Hamburg Central Station, but still requires about a 15-minute walk — not ideal if you’re carrying heavy luggage. The room was quite small, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel very comfortable during my stay. It might be okay for a short stopover, but for a longer stay, I would prefer somewhere with a bit more space and comfort.

The hotel is close to the train station, but it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center or port. The rooms are relatively clean, and surprisingly, there's a nightlight in one of the rooms, which is a bit disruptive to sleep as you can't turn it off. If you don't need your room cleaned the next day, you can get a free bottle of beer.

Satisfied with the convenient transportation, very close to the train station. The room is clean and the front desk is very friendly. You can borrow a hair dryer from the front desk. Hygiene: clean and hygienic Service: very good, check-in is very convenient and fast Facilities: nothing hahahahahaha

The room is quite spacious and bright, the bathroom is a bit narrow, the location is very convenient, you can walk to the shopping mall and Hamburg Central Station in a few minutes, you can even walk to the Warehouse City, it is very convenient.
