The room size is okay, and a taxi to the city center costs about 15 euros. The house price is too expensive, it's close to the main train station, and the surrounding environment is average. Hotel facilities are average, no slippers. The old-fashioned elevator looks like a freight elevator, and you need to swipe your card to take the elevator.

Very good. The service at the front desk of the hotel was very good. We accidentally lost an umbrella and wanted to pay it to the hotel. The hotel said forget it. We asked for a band-aid. The room is a bit small but has all the facilities. The room is quiet and the location is great, downstairs. The subway station can seamlessly connect to the airport, which is very satisfying!

Was welcomed with “Do something for the environment – skip the cleaning and receive 100 points”. What a joke, should be at least 1000 points. Despite Gold status did not receive an upgrade and there was not even a water bottle in the room. There was only 1 small pillow on each bed. Room was basic, like an Ibis. And there was not even a working desk although I informed them before that I would have a video conference call. For that high price was clearly expecting more. Breakfast was nice but very crowded.

Just a great Novotel, very well managed, friendly staff, basic but good quality breakfast, clean, well located. Always love my business stays here. Exactly what is promised. Nothing more, nothing less. You know what you get. Will return.

We stayed here as a large group visiting hamburg for 3 nights, hotel staff great, when arrived signed up to a newsletter and received 3 free drinks each great start to the evening drinking in nice hotel bar, rooms very comfortable u bhan close, recommend staying at this hotel

I had an absolutely faultless two-night stay in this hotel, and cannot thank enough the hotel staff who made it so. A perfect location too, with a train station stop right outside. You know exactly what you'll get with the Novotel brand, and it didn't disappoint.

A somewhat confusing stay.
I understand they were very busy the weekend I stayed, but still housekeeping should work.
Second day I was out all morning and came back for an afternoon nap, and first the tea/coffee person came by to make refills and about 40min later housekeeping.
The day of leaving checkout is at noon and they came by not less than three times between breakfast and my leaving.
Apart from that a very nice stay.
They organized breakfast really good with all the people there.
