Friendly host

Las recepcionistas muy amables, el hotel está limpio, la recámara cómoda.

The receptionists were very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable.

Mit Ausnahme der fleckigen Teppiche im Zimmerbereich waren wir mit den Leistungen im Best Western sehr zufrieden, grosszügige Auswahl beim Frühstück Buffet, sehr nette, freundliche Bedienung, hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang, welches uns mit Tipps sehr gut geholfen hat.

With the exception of the stained carpets in the room area, we were very satisfied with the services at the Best Western: generous selection at the breakfast buffet, very nice, friendly service, and helpful staff at reception who were very helpful in giving us tips.

Zimmer war gut und sauber. Betten mit Kopfkissen etc. sehr gut.
Bad etwas klein aber passt schon.
Frühstück war gut.
Personal sehr freundlich.
U Bahn war direkt zu erreichen.

The room is small and the environment is pleasant. Very close to the main fire in Hamburg. Four subway stations. The surrounding facilities are not very complete, but the nearby penny is very convenient. There are more options for dry food.
