I forgot my cap in the room when I checked out. I came back a few hours later and they said it wasn't there. It's unpleasant when you forget something and they don't return it.

Excellent, friendly staff! They allowed us to store our luggage for a day, helped us with our things. The hotel design is stylish, the location is excellent. Very beautiful view from the window. I would especially like to note the amazing smells of shower gels and hand soap!:) And we also liked the smart toilets!

The hotel is very special, like the water city of Venice. The service is average. Customers are required to fill in personal information. The front desk and restaurant are shared. The hotel is new and the hygiene is good. I can stay there again.
