Hotel with 5 star ambitions, very nice lobby - Rooms are very simple and lower standard. Gym is not airconditioned and very, very warm. No coffee or tea possibilities in the room (not even coffee powder available). No iron or ironing board. No turndown service. Closer to an OK 3 or 4 star hotel

This hotel was a lovely option near the river. There are loads of dining and drinking options nearby. The room was lovely and the view, amazing! We didn't opt for breakfast but the sushi made to order was outstanding!!! The roof top bar on level 20 is wonderful for an evening cocktail and hotel guests are given a priority are.

Upgraded to a premium room with king size bed……what we got was 2 single beds pushed together and 2 single duvets! On the 19th floor with great views…until the nightclub on the 20th floor kicks In until 1am every night.
Prices on drinks lists were different to the bill, so check all your receipts before you pay! Espresso martinis advertised at €11 and charged at €12.
Restaurants closed on Saturday and Sunday nights to residents.
Stay at a lot of hotels and this was not one of the worst but wouldn’t stay here again.

Incredible hotel. Love the location and views. Was it worth 470. Per night? Not really.
No complimentary anything with that at all and it was my birthday. Oh well. Still a lovely hotel.

Very expensive parking under hotel. Minus was the skybar that it was overfilled so long waiting to get in even as we were hotel guests.
