Check in was nice and easy using a self service machine. Room is a bit on the smaller size, but decent.  Location is not the best for getting in and out of Hamburg CBD.
Response from Property: Dear Nicholas2023,Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your positive remarks about the check-in process. We understand that room size and location may not have met your expectations, and we value your input as it helps us improve our services.Best regards, ibis budget Hamburg City Ost

the hotel is nice, simple, and very clean. they give you table and chair so you can work from your bedroom. there is also mini bar and they provide a microwave, it's really help when you craving for something in the night and dont want to go outside :)

It is wonderful to know that our amenities contributed to a comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.Best regards, ibis budget Hamburg City Ost

It's great; there's a supermarket nearby, and you can heat your food in the microwave and oven in the lobby.

The accommodation is quite comfortable, but the breakfast is too expensive, 13.5 euros for two kinds of bread, both bought from the supermarket, and no hot drinks!
