The location is fine for the price. Service it was not what we expected. I do understand every country has a different culture and customer service but they could be more friendly. Cleanliness it was fine, but if you are allergic, it is not perfect. Amenities, room too small for the amount of amenities. But, the overall experience was fine

Location was okay just 5 minutes walk from Hamburg HBF.

It was clean and the location was a bit vague, but there were no major problems. It was in an area that had a bit of a Harlem feel, so I had to be as careful as possible.

The room is clean and tidy, but a little small and the lights are not bright!

The front desk is friendly, the room is clean, and the free items are in line with budget hotel standards. There is a bar downstairs, but it's not noisy. There are a variety of drinks and snacks you can help yourself to. Overall good.

Disaster location with no parking between greengrocers with mediocre service

The buttocks in the room are too small to turn around, which is two different things from publicity.

The hotel is in a good location with great access to the city. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, very friendly staff.

Very good, clean, convenient location!
