The check-in times were altered after we made our booking. Originally, we could check in until midnight, but this was suddenly changed to 7 PM. As we were returning from our holiday, we couldn't make it before 7 PM. We tried to reach them via email, chat, and phone, but got no reply and no answer! In the end, we had to book a different hotel. We attempted to get a refund, but since the booking was non-cancellable, we received no money back.

Check-in was sparsely staffed and not directly at the hotel. Hardly reachable by phone. If you were late, the room was cancelled and it was claimed that it was fully booked, even though rooms were available online! Of course, money was debited. No goodwill. If I could, I would give 0 stars!

it was among the cheapest in the city and with parking, which was essential for us. Unfortunately the car park was not available and they showed us the one at the station which all in all is a 500 m walk away. check in from 3pm and not before in a different place from where the room is located. the gentleman is very kind anyway. the room on the top floor is not bad, large with two adjacent rooms and two bathrooms. modern bathroom furniture good and clean. carpet and desk chair cushion to be washed or better yet put in new ones. I couldn't find the wifi but maybe there was. my mistake for not asking. not a beautiful multi-ethnic neighborhood, a little dirty but all in all safe
