Holiday Inn Express HAMILTON by IHG

It's very cold coming through the windows, there's a lot of noise, they gave us a disabled access room, they should have asked us.

Very helpful staff with a warm welcome. Kimberley checked me in and was very helpful and accommodating breakfast was nice too Would highly recommend being a short train journey from Glasgow city centre

Great hotel in a good location with free parking (parked at the retail park next to the hotel). Staff was friendly and very quick at checking in and getting drinks. Breakfast was included and a good combination of hot and continental breakfast. Recommend for a short stay.

Not very happy about services , first of all the breakfast was very very low quality , not any type of fruit was available, no juice apart of a box just can get 45p from Asda No croissant at all Toilet flush handle was exactly back side of your seat and covered by toilet lid when you on seat ,, When i booked the hotel was promised room will be air conditioned but when get room a 10 inch table fan was as air conditioned 😆 which was very noisy at night Cleaning was good Staff was well behaved

Good location next to super market and restaurant. Good bed. Happy to come back

Great overnight stay with fantastic service. I will return when I am next passing through the area.
