Great stay! We really enjoyed our time. Management were lovely to work with.

Hotel/Motel that goes the extra mile. Lots of extras. We stayed in a King Spa Room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality linen. Real coffee and a coffee press in the room. Reclining chairs to watch TV. Quiet at night. Located outside of the main downtown area, but a short drive by car. Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this motel.

Average, close to the roadside, noisy, carpet has a bit of smell

The room facilities are very good, and the quality of the reception staff is also high, but there is no breakfast, and the location is quite far from serious places to eat

I stayed here as I was having surgery in Hamilton. I can’t say enough about the owners being helpful. There is a wheelchair to help you get from the car to the room. The rooms are spacious and beautifully clean with everything you need for a couple of days stay. I would stay again even without having surgery. Great motel! It’s a little more expensive than nearby motels but well worth paying the extra. Highly recommended!

Extremley well managed. A super clean motel where staff are very approachable, friendly, and helpful. Overall a nice environment created by the managers and staff making this a great place to stay for a short or longer stay. Thank you Maree, Grant and team. I would definitely stay here again.

Great reception. Super clean, modern with great armchairs for relaxing. Lovely bedlinen. Shower over deep spa bath. Spacious. Parking a bit tight as they were full, but ok. Aircon is great. I have radar ears so first night I counted 5 helicopters and a few ambulances en route to nearby hospital. Second night was much quieter. A great stay.

Spacious room. Friendly owners A few meters from the traffic lights that turn into Waikato Hosptial. If you're visiting someone at the hospital, definitely recommend. Motel is easy to get to. There is a vending machine for snacks and drinks.

Many thanks to Maree, Grant and their staff for making my stay at BK's last week when my husband was admitted to hospital so stress free at a stressful time. They could not have been more helpful. The motel is very well managed, rooms clean and well equipped and beds comfortable. I highly recommend BK's either for someone like me when family or friends are in hospital or as a stopover when travelling through Hamilton. The motel is a short walk from the hospital which saved me the hassle of daily parking. Would definitely book into BK's in the future should the need arise.

A real home from home while I’m travelling for work. Maree & Grant are great hosts; helpful & a good laugh. Had the best sleep I’ve had away from home for ages and the room was kept spotlessly clean. Bonus for me is it’s really near my work. I’ll definitely be back

Grant was very welcoming and showed excellent hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Small touches such as the vending machine and gym are nice additions. Would highly recommend for ease of walking to and from both Bremar and Waikato Hospitals.
