The front desk personal (Piper) is rude, not customer friendly and focus. She didnt even offer solutions to the problem. The FO gave a groundflr room upon arrival and we even need to talk to Manager (Josh) about room. The bfast sucks not fair to the clients like us, its not even value for money, considering its Marriott hotel.
Upon check out since we we are 4pax we requested for late check. Again the duty FO (Piper) said NO without even checking or offering solutions.She said 12:30 is the latest check out, I understand if the hotel is fully booked. I even beg to give us additional 10mins like 12:10 we are going down for check. Then again the FO (Piper) said a bigtime NO, i was so disappointed how inefficient, rude, insensitive and not customer focus. I came to get calling cards of the manager, adding insult to us she gave 4coupon of complimentary coffees. The worst and funny thing when are checking out 12:30pm and leaving are luggages in concierge the bfast area closed and all personnels are already out. If she has the pure intentions she FO could just tell us that the complimentary coffees is valid in the morning only since the resto closed and personnel will be out.
Our experience is Hamilton Marriot is the WORST and believeable people. People in Front office plays a crucial to make or break the experience of the guests. It boils down that people is the key to success and experience of each clients.
