Reviews of Visitor's Inn

This is a great locally owned hotel. I think it's the only hotel near McMaster University, so if you find yourself in that area and aren't into looking for an AirBnB then definitely give this place a chance. It has a decent restaurant and a great swimming pool and jacuzzi that are open until 11pm.

I like this hotel very much because it is clean, spacious and close to bus stop and Go Bus stop. If you come directly from Pearson Airport, you can take GO BUS 40 to come. that would save a lot from the Uber. Besides, the swimming pool is just fit for everyday exercise and to play with the kids. The Jacuzzi is a plus but the sauna needs to improve. I saw a lot of family traveller with a big group. It is a very good place for a family trip. The restaurant provide breakfast and dinner. The food is good and enough to feed me. I like the hotel really much and I will stay here again if I visit next time.

Quick and easy check-in. The room was very clean and spacious. Good parking area in front of the Inn. Quiet but accessible location.

We arrived later in the evening and the staff was friendly . The check in process was easy. The room is very clean but the location is a bit far from the airport. I thought that the hotel is only 10 mins drive away from the airport but it took as longer. Other than that, I will surely stay at this hotel again the next time I'll visit Hamilton.

This hotel is similar to a homestay, so it is fully equipped with induction cookers, microwave ovens, etc. There are also washing machines and dryers on the basement floor that can be used for free, and there are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the door. These points show its cost-effectiveness!

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There was also a swimming pool, but unfortunately I didn't go swimming.

The room is comfortable, just as shown in the picture, and the service meets the needs. It is very cost-effective and I recommend staying again. It would be better if there were more Chinese-speaking staff.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a large supermarket and McDonald's nearby. There is also a free parking lot for self-driving travel. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling by car~

The bed was big and comfortable, and the cleanliness was very good.

衛生整潔，房間無異味，潔白的床上用品，讓人感覺舒服。地處高速路邊，我住靠裡面的房間，噪音還算能接受。門前的免費停車位很方便。 美中不足的是：房間提供了咖啡機和咖啡，卻沒有提供一兩瓶飲用水，如果提供兩瓶飲用水和拖鞋，那就完美了！

酒店裡簡易的小廚房很不錯 可以簡單做點簡餐
