Everything was fine until I got woke up to bed bugs at 3am. I went to the front desk and showed them the pictures and they said they’ll give me a new room for the night and a refund before or after checkout the next morning. Just checked out and the front desk wanted to basically say I was lying even with the proof of pictures. Said that they went to the old room and had video of checking every inch of the place but found nothing. But had to make it clear they did find chips in one of the beds. Mind you we do have a 2 year old toddler. 😅 We flushed the bug down the toilet right after finding it. Still haven’t gotten that refund. Have to call when the manager is there later today to see if I even get the refund!
