Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

Far away from a five star resort to make things short, but let’s point out first the positive things: The dinner buffet was quite good with much varieties and rotation over the days, you could see the chefs were proud of their work standing outside and presenting it. The front desk was trying their best to compensate us with a room upgrade after complaining about the old room which was much appreciated. Apart from the above things: A five star hotel should provide at least the basic amenities like tooth brush and paste, comp and cotton sticks…. Nothing available, not even after asking front desk, they told us we could walk or order it by taxi or get it at the super market. The hotel over all is quite run down, furniture, tables and chairs are old and should be replaced. Reading from past experiences about theft and robbery we tried all locks in our room. When closing the terrace door of our first room 207, it could easily be opened after being locked. It’s a pity that even previous complains haven’t being recognized or fixed, especially after such a serious thing like theft. We felt all the time overpriced for the services, taxis, drinks, food, activities and so on. Value is not there for money. We made a quad tour through trash fields and paid 50€ per person….this tour might be private, however it’s promoted on the hotel ground, this should not be on the programs of any luxurious hotel brand. In general the hotel and local area has a reputation problem with scamming and ripping of guests, we think the authorities in the tourism industry should step in and come up with a plan and improve the overall situation, otherwise it will damage the entire industry, not just Hammamet. Very sad tbh

I spent 12 days at Steigenberger resort at Hammamet with family and have a lovely time over there. The sea facing large double room was very spacious and comfortable. I could enjoy the nice calm sea view every day. • The staff was very good and cooperative. They took care of all tourists well. • Entertainment team was superb! They were friendly and engaging with all. keeping everyone busy all day! • Restaurant food was good and with lot of variety; though sometimes they lacked hygiene aspects (e.g some flies around or people touching food by hand), but I think it is a cultural and location difference. • Beach sand is very nice. Unfortunately, before I went, there were storms and beach was got some desert thorns in the sand... so was not safe to walk without footwear. But otherwise, it would be excellent! • If you can’t find something or need it; I would advise to ask for it ! • Beach will be always full of people trying to sale something, which can be a bit avoided. • Outside in Tunisia, everything is a massively overproved for tourists and you need to bargain hard! • Hammamet airport shops are very badly priced. Avoid it to buy anything there.. airline food is better and cheaper ! • Overall, this resort id worth going again for next holidays in few years.

We Spent a much needed relaxing week in the sun. Upon arrival we were greeted with a fresh lemon drink and cold towel, checked in and handed two room keys and two pool towel cards and escorted to our room. It’s a great hotel, The food is soooo good! Main restaurant has a huge variety to suit everyone, from really tasty Tunisian dishes, freshly grilled fish and chicken, chips, mash, veg and abundance of salads, fruit and cakes and also had vegetarian and vegan options. Snack bar has Tunisian dishes, pizza, burgers, chips, salads, fruit, ice cream. You will not go hungry! Room we had was a beautiful bungalow which slept 4 but there was just myself and husband. It has a free safe lots of storage and it had a patio with furniture. Room was lovely and spotless, bed comfy and huge! The pillows nice too. Our view was of the lower pool. Pools, there are 3, one indoor, one seawater which is the bigger pool nearest hotel and a pool nearer the beach where they do aqua aerobics, water polo etc and Loads of comfy sun beds. Animation team are so friendly, in fact all the staff are very friendly, polite and always smiling and a small tip goes a long way. Only popped to the beach once as I don’t like swimming in the sea but there were plenty of beds, there was also a place to book water sports like parasailing and banana boats etc. also saw camels and horses. You get people round the pools selling excursions like the pirate ship and quad bikes but they don’t haste you. I really can’t fault this hotel at all.

This hotel is rated 5 star officially . In my opinion maximum 3 star. It's worn down. Dirty corridors. Entertainment barely exists. Activities zero . Mold in spa. Our garden view was the kitchen waste dump site. The sandy beach is full of rubbish.

what a great holiday, rooms are clean, food is delicious, clean pool. animation puts on a great show every evening. bingo, circus, dance show, kaoroke There is also a lot to do during the day. tennis, zumba, water polo, afro dance. for the children there is a children's club. In the evening there is a children's disco for the little ones

Hotel 5 stars Excellent hotel The rooms are big I have been here from Monday The food is very good and every time changing All The staff are awesome and friendly I like the activities in the day and the shows in the night's I advise all to come here
