有史以來住過感覺最糟糕的酒店，花錢找罪受，花錢找氣受，住宿體驗感負滿分。酒店硬件還可以，服務人員也挺好，但是住宿體驗極差，出來玩住酒店就圖個舒適休息好，這酒店樓下就是KTV吵的通宵就不用睡，就跟有人踩你腦門蹦迪一樣。我住的3樓兩間卧室下面就是KTV，通宵高歌整個房間地板都在震，唱的每一首歌房子都環繞立體聲，魔音貫耳，從10點給前台反饋，前台説沒房換不了，他們給KTV反應。協調到12點，夜深人靜音樂越來越大，樓下的大哥從突然的自我唱到酒醉的蝴蝶，男女對唱到單人嗨高音，我家人拿兩枕頭夾着頭累的扛不住睡了，我頭疼欲裂真睡不着，腦子裡在循環跟唱每一首歌，十二點多跑樓下找前台，他們説沒有辦法KTV不接酒店電話，讓我給KTV打電話説如果不關聲音就報警。我打了，KTV那邊還把我吼一頓，説他們租的酒店的房子一個月給酒店好多錢是合法經營，你找你酒店去解決唄。無奈的回到房子，前台電話説給我換一個套房，那會兒是真的操火啊，午夜兇鈴嚇我一跳，酒店早幹嘛去了，我説了三個小時了，這大半夜的已經快一點了，明天還要開幾個小時的高速，家人已經睡了，把他們挨個喊醒？咋不早點兒考慮這KTV樓上的房間就不要安排客人入住，簡直坑死。樓下KTV是在快3點的時候不唱了，但我完全失眠了，腦子裡各種歌一直在循環，早上起來眼睛都疼的睜不開，七八點的時候，我媽本來想過來找我，但房間門壞了，門擋失靈了，我服了，因為長者手機在我這邊，聽見隔壁拍門吵好久，忍着頭疼出去一看，門外圍了一堆人聽我媽求救，還是酒店的人把門兒踹壞了才把門兒打開的。對韓城的印象極差，極差，特別差。不玩兒了，回。

酒店大堂很敞亮，房間陽面很寬敞明亮，浴室盥洗室挺大。房間內不僅有兩張1.3米寬的床還有張美人榻，我們姐妹三人住很寬敞。前台小姑娘很熱情地給我們安排了陽面房間，今早我們隔窗拍到了朝霞。關鍵是到店在攜程上訂房還享受了優惠。是一次不錯的住宿體驗。

酒店在市區裏，位置比較方便，離古城差不多10分鐘車程，比較乾淨，前台小姐姐態度很好，服務很熱情，值得推薦！

強力推薦，酒店乾淨整潔，服務好。酒店內的飯館超級好吃還很便宜，我們4個長者晚餐衹點了32元的雙人套餐外加一盆疙瘩湯，前台和包間服務依舊優秀。很贊！停車方便。早餐豐富。性價比超高。下次來韓城還會住這家酒店。

這次住韓城國際酒店給我留下了深刻美好的印象。酒店環境好，房間清潔衞生，特別是酒店服務，熱情周到細緻。在前台辦理手續時，因掏取證件不慎將一百元現金掉在地上未發現，前台主管撿到後，立即調取視頻，很快將現金送到了我手上。因我疏忽大意，檢查不細，離開酒店時將充電器遺忘在房間，前台服務員又及時電話聯繫我。對她們這種全心全意為客人服務精神，表示深深的感謝。下次路過韓城還住此酒店。

服務：很一般，特別是早餐衹有9點結束，很不友好。另外小童無論多大都要收費，不友好。
衞生：房間環境老久，不能支撐四星級的標準。

非常好！酒店在市中心，市政府隔壁，主幹道旁，離古城也很近（一公里多）。房間大而整潔，舒適安逸。特別是前台的三位美女，不但幫我們安排了高層的房間，還耐心地幫我們介紹韓城景點，仔細指引去景點和公園的道路，非常貼心。
