Grand Skylight Hotel

This hotel is arguably one of the better ones in Hancheng. The facilities are good, and the breakfast is also decent. However, the staff needs more training and their service awareness needs improvement, as they represent the image of a large group's hotel. Minor hygiene issues should also be noted; for example, a staff member mentioned that the bedsheets had some stains that couldn't be washed out, which left a bad impression. Overall, it's average. It's a good hotel option for those driving through Hancheng to see the ancient city and Longmen Scenic Area.

With convenient transportation, complete facilities, and an elegant environment, the hotel has its own hot spring resort. Rooms offer panoramic city views, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a highly recommended choice for guests.

The room was clean and spacious, the location was convenient, and parking was easy. The breakfast was good.

Very satisfied, the hotel has good hardware and the room is quite big. Because there are two children, the delivery of slippers and quilts is quite timely, and the service is good. There is no problem for the children to sleep on the sofa in the room.

Confirmed that Apple earphones were lost, contacted the front desk but the attitude was perfunctory and there was no follow-up.

The hotel is of five-star standard and is good in every aspect, except that there are no tea or coffee bags, toiletries are also missing, and the bottled water provided is of poor quality!

The hotel rooms are relatively large and the hardware facilities are good. It is close to the highway exit and convenient for transportation. The underground parking lot is good, the breakfast is so-so, and the service attitude is also OK. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet

Overall, I am quite satisfied, but there are no children's toothbrushes and slippers. Children wearing adult slippers are very likely to fall. I hope it will be improved!
