The entire Tianyu Lake Resort is huge, and I feel like I’ve only visited part of it. As soon as we checked in, the customer service staff Tang Shan enthusiastically introduced us to dining and entertainment related matters, which was very considerate. Especially after checking out, they even helped me find the things I left behind. The service was very considerate. I will come back to play again during the holidays.

The room is large, the space is high, the shower water is large and the water flow is normal, the bathroom is large, and the dishes are rich. In the afternoon, they are overcrowded and they have to queue up to enter. The hot springs are not only provided to hotel guests but also sold separately. People who buy tickets separately are actually treated better than hotel guests. Hotel guests stand aside and spend money. Is there any mistake? Hotel prices have nearly doubled compared to usual rates. The parking lot is also funny. If you want to call, it’s free. If you don’t, you can scan the code and pay. The payment QR code is much more eye-catching than the phone number. There isn't much to play, just some simple ball games, and there aren't many venues for each event. Golf is also weird. The price list says 39 for a box of golf balls, but the waiter actually said it’s 69 for one box and 88 for two boxes. It’s not interesting anyway, it’s just about making money.

It takes about 45 minutes to go 40 kilometers west from Wuhan all the way to Tianyu Lake in Hanchuan. 酒店不錯，很大也比較乾淨。 對接我們的工作人員是nicole，還沒到店就提前聯繫我們了，服務很貼心。 這次來天氣還比較涼，水上項目還沒有開放，等天氣暖和了還會帶小朋友過來玩。

初四全家10多人來這裏度假，因為正值春節來臨之際，酒店辦理入住的人很多，大堂薛經理工作能力真心不錯，處事果斷，熱情接待，感覺很棒。這裏中餐廳菜品好吃價格不貴。酒店衞生遊玩環境 還行吧！是家庭朋友聚會度假的好去處！
