The overall location is good, the hotel is pleasant, and the three-story building is relatively quiet. Parking: Free parking is available within the courtyard, and there are spaces near each building. No license plate is required, and it's likely free for out-of-town vehicles. Facilities: Large rooms with high ceilings. Smart controls are very convenient. The suite has two bathrooms, with separate wet and dry areas and a smart toilet. The mattress is a comfortable firmness. The shower water isn't large enough, but the temperature is perfect. There's no refrigerator, but the rooms have plenty of water. The tea bar is a bit basic. The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is spotty. Service: The overall service is excellent, and the staff are generally well-mannered. They provided fruit and snacks. Breakfast: On the first floor of Building 5, the food is plentiful and delicious. There's also a buffet in the evening. Overall, this is an established hotel, reportedly catering to foreign guests, but it's not very new.

Awesome! Don't stay here! It's so dirty. My wonderful trip to Handan was completely ruined by this hotel! 1. I checked in with my kids. The front desk said they had children's supplies, but they didn't provide them. I asked the staff and they reluctantly gave them. They only gave me one set for two kids, and I asked for two, but they reluctantly gave me another. It was absolutely deplorable. 2. After checking in, I discovered the utterly terrible cleanliness. The beds and sofas were filthy. Did the staff even clean them? They were completely deceptive. 3. The welcome fruit was mentioned during booking, but it was never provided. I asked and they did, and only one set for two rooms. It was confusing and their service attitude was practically nonexistent. 4. Upon check-out, all the key cards were returned, and the staff accepted them without question. After we left, they called to say they were missing a card and wanted to compensate us, even though we had clearly returned all the key cards. This service and attitude is appalling! During the National Day holiday, I traveled from Henan to Hebei. The hotels in Henan were all very nice. I didn't expect the last stop to be so bad. It was truly shameful!

The hotel is in a very good location, next to Congtai Park and very close to Handan Road; The hotel is in a garden-style with green trees and a very good environment. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the brand-new cotton fabrics are very comfortable. The breakfast is unimaginably good, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, baked pastries, four kinds of soups, porridges, not to mention the hot dishes, which are much better than those in five-star hotels in second- and third-tier cities. The service is very good. You can tell at a glance that the staff have received professional training. They receive things with both hands and use polite language. As a hotel industry practitioner, I also feel that such service is rare nowadays. The waiters' uniforms are very distinctive. The ladies' horse-faced skirts are both beautiful and reflect traditional historical culture. It can be seen that a lot of care was put into them. There are also areas that need improvement. The noise from singing and dancing in the square outside is too loud at night. They were still singing at 10 o'clock. After reporting this to the hotel, there have been improvements. While noise is not an issue within the hotel, it can affect the experience of hotel guests. It is also necessary to communicate with the Urban Management Department and other departments to resolve the issue.

Because a hotel wants to go to a city again, in a city like Handan, there is not much characteristics and attraction. But I saw a group of hard-working hotel people. I did not expect them to be so dedicated and work so seriously. Especially Zhu Lin from the catering department, she behaved well and was responsible at work. We were touched. I think I will not go anywhere else when I come to Handan, this is my home!

環境真的很好，有超大的草坪，可以直接到叢台公園，離邯鄲路也很近，對面有新世紀廣場。鬧中取靜。早餐品種很多，由於是老賓館，衞浴設施一般，但是大廳有免費的咖啡紅茶檸檬水，房間每天6瓶水，性價比真的不錯。

該酒店的地段很好，處於市中心，叢台公園就在酒店的東門、邯鄲道街區也是幾百米的距離。酒店前台和其他的相關服務很不錯，入住前、離店後主動電話詢問徵求意見。入住4#樓的房間安靜、整潔、衞生乾淨，設施齊全；設施上有一個缺點就是衞生間洗臉盆與龍頭之間的位置太小了，一不小心就很容易碰破玻璃杯。酒店早餐餐食豐富、品種多，口味也不錯。下次如有機會再去邯鄲還是會選擇這個酒店！
