My family stayed in Grand Metropark Hotel in Hangzhou last Apr. 22-23. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staffs are hospitable but so busy due to many visitors during that day. We only encountered minor problem because the card key malfunctioned and it needs staff intervention to open the door. Overall, i am satisfied and i can rate my stay 8 out of 10.

Hotel is located at 体育场路, it has a passage way for drop off which is a plus point for us as we need not soak in the rain while transporting our luggage. The hotel has a small gym room which is great. We could burn the extra fat after some Hangzhou food delicacies. Everything is excellent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. First and foremost, there is a huge urine smell in the dry toilet area. We have requested for the cleaning lady to help to get rid & clean the toilet however no action has been taken. Then we noticed the bed we slept in actually has bed bugs. We have super sensitive skins (u may refer to the pic attached), we woke up at 1.30am to apply ointment due to itchiness :(

Check in was a breeze, and I like the room exudes a comfortable vibe. There’s an option to listen to the radio channel while showering. Technology is well utilised- from the robots delivering toiletries to our door step, a high tech toilet bowl, and remote controlled curtains. The mattress is firm, which helped me to sleep well. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there were options around the neighbourhood, within a walking radius of 7 -10 minutes.

It's the same style as hers, and it has a strap that I can wear diagonally when going abroad, and I can drink hot water. It also has a screen that shows the temperature, and it won't burn me. This way it doesn't delay me dragging my luggage, and everything is considered for me. When I came here this time, I took a taxi to the hotel and saw Nami waiting for me at the door. She helped me carry my luggage and sent it to the room. This Atour is really different. The service is super, super, super good. I will definitely do it after returning to China. See you again.
