Hyatt Place Hangzhou International Airport

Every time I visit CP, I either book this hotel or the Hyatt across the street. This time, I checked in around 11 PM, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, upgrading me directly to a super, super spacious suite! The entrance hallway alone was about four or five meters long! I checked, and the listed price for this suite is around 1k, so even if I had booked it directly, it would still feel like great value for money! Breakfast goes until 10 AM; I don't think it's as good as the Hyatt Place Hongqiao, but it's fine since there's plenty to eat.

This is by far the best, cleanest, most comfortable, and most satisfying hotel I've stayed at near a domestic airport. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It's located right below Terminal 4, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel service was excellent; they even offer a thoughtful packed breakfast reservation service for early morning flights!

Had a great stay here! The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though it's close to the airport, getting around was easy. They thoughtfully prepared packed breakfasts for us to take on the go, and even offered turn-down service. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The environment here is great, right inside the airport, very close to T4 and the subway! Every time I come for a CP event, I stay at this hotel! Plus, the hotel can receive packages, which is a blessing for all the stallholders, haha!

The room was quite spacious, with a coffee table and an ottoman, though the sofa was a bit worn out from use. There wasn't a wardrobe. Overall, the room size was good for the price, but it's a bit far from the city center. Getting back from in77 at night was tough; the subway was too crowded, and a taxi cost 120 yuan. Breakfast was decent, not a huge selection but all the essentials were there. The fried dough sticks were crispy and delicious. It was quiet, couldn't hear any airplane noise. The staff were very enthusiastic, frequently asking if we needed housekeeping and quickly bringing extra blankets when requested. It’s close to the subway station, and the room service was reasonably priced with quick delivery.

Fantastic! The room was spotless, and the location was super convenient. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The kids had a blast too! They were so excited to see the airplane runway from the room.

The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the arrivals exit. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, and the breakfast selection was abundant and delicious! The hotel has excellent facilities, including a gym and a bar! It's perfect for passengers with late-night or early-morning flights!
