An Outstanding Stay with Personal Touches.
My recent two-night stay at the EBO Hotel was nothing short of excellent. From the thoughtful service to the comfortable amenities, it was a perfect base for exploring.
· Exceptional & Attentive Staff: The team here truly goes above and beyond. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about guest comfort. Special thanks to Mr. Wang 😊
· Fantastic Breakfast with Dietary Care: The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. As vegetarians, we especially appreciated that the chef kindly prepared fresh vegetarian noodles for us upon request—a personal touch that made a huge difference.
· Superb Room with Balcony: We loved our room! It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The private balcony was a wonderful bonus, offering a lovely spot to relax with a view.
· Prime Location: The hotel's location is excellent—conveniently situated for sightseeing, dining, and transport, making our itinerary effortless. 10 minutes to west lake.
Overall Impression:

出差小住了兩晚，整體環境衞生都還不錯，唯一不滿意的就是會自動放音樂的全屋智能，凌晨突然全屋亮燈拉開窗簾放音樂開電視把人叫醒，電視也是得手動關閉才可以，如果能設定想開再開就好了。酒店的枕頭單個睡太低兩個睡太高，睡起來有點累꒦ິ^꒦ິ，早餐種類不算多但是還好，遇到問題第一時間協助解決這一點給滿分~前台服務很熱情

很不錯的精品酒店，離西湖斷橋、武林夜市都不遠。地鐵二號線武林門站A1口300米左右距離，出行方便。酒店有一種大隱於市的感覺，早餐環境尤其贊，坐在運河邊，周圍綠樹掩映，頭頂樹冠遮天蔽日，小鳥啁啾，很有度假氛圍。房間大，原木風格，有一些設計細節不錯，比如背景音樂，住客老外很多。唯一缺點是房間靠馬路，略有噪音。
