Room: Great atmosphere and interior design for the hotel room and also neat and tidy.
Location: Great location, few bus station and Metro train station near by. And also have few convenience store near by such as Family mart and Lawson.
Breakfast: Simple western style breakfast and also can look for the chef to cook some noodle soup or dumpling soup for you.
Remark: If feels hungry can just go down to look for some restaurant or can walk to the Wulin night market to settle.
☹️Only some sadness part is not all type of room included refrigerator. But the lobby there having a sharing fridge for us to put thing.

The hotel is a real jewel.💎 Very close to the Metro. Lots of eateries nearby. The room I had was amazing. I loved everything about it. Very spacious and elegant. It had everything I needed for my 2 days stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. What I loved most was the balcony with a view of the little river that flows next to the hotel. Very friendly and kind staff. Many thanks to the male receptionist for his help. I can highly recommend the hotel. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Location : not far from main business areas and attractions. No super heavy traffic around the hotel. Love it.
Rooms are very clean and comfy. Minimalism, plenty of space to move around, rooms facing the back of hotel is quiet. TV box has plenty of program to cater for all ages.
The laundry facilities is super good. Breakfast selections are good enough for us.
Staffs are mostly friendly especially the housekeeping ladies, however few of the young generation staffs i.e front desk & restaurant are not as attentive as the housekeeping department.
Overall it's a nice place to stay and the quality is good.

I don't recommend if you don't get used to pooping infront of each other! Nice staff and not bad room, relatively new repair. But because of one perishing design error, I can't recommend this hotel. The toilet is not separated from the room, there is a wall, but it is not completed about 30 centimeters to the ceiling. You won't have any privacy in the toilet. I don't know who it can be a norm.

The hotel was really good. The people at the reception were very nice, and even spoke a little bit of English. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and clean, but they smelled a little bit of tobacco smoke (but nothing too bad. After one afternoon it was good). The location was also amazing. Great breakfast. We recommend This hotel to anyone traveling to hangzhou.

Room is spacious and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Have some online purchases delivered to the hotel prior to my arrival and they kept them safe and have them delivered to my room after check in.
The little gesture of sending a box of dessert to the room at night made the stay more memorable. Breakfast spread is not elaborate but sufficient.
