The hotel facilities are very new, and the location is excellent, right by the Qiantang River with great river views. The room was clean and tidy. I also want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Chuji at the front desk; her service was wonderful and very welcoming. She even gave us complimentary breakfast! It was a fantastic stay, highly recommend! 👍

Facilities: The hotel facilities are well-equipped and relatively new; the toiletries are also good to use. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. Service: The staff are all very warm and attentive; members even get afternoon tea!

Let's start with the best part: the hotel's location. The view from the window was incredibly peaceful. The passion fruit milk pudding at the Chinese restaurant was absolutely delicious. Secondly, the service was also excellent – professional and enthusiastic, yet they gave guests space. Sometimes I dread going to hotels because I'm afraid they'll be overly friendly, and then immediately ask me to pull out my phone and give them a five-star review. After checking out of this hotel, I, as usual, didn't answer my phone, but a staff member named Miya sent me a message. I didn't plan on replying. However, I wanted to stay on my original room floor again, so I contacted her. When I returned, she escorted me from the executive building, to the 10th floor, then finally to my preferred 9th floor, and even took me to the executive lounge for a light meal. I felt quite embarrassed by all the attention. Ultimately, I decided to go to the Chinese restaurant for the dessert I wanted. She handled getting me a card and escorted me to my seat, then offered to exchange WeChat contacts so I could reach her if needed. I told her I would just contact the front desk if I needed anything. She didn't mention anything about giving the hotel a good review. In fact, I felt I should commend her professionalism. Kudos to her for her warm yet pressure-free professional service. Every other staff member I encountered was also excellent and professional. The only minor flaw is that the soundproofing isn't as good as traditional five-star hotels. Sometimes it depends on the guests above you. But if you're not as sensitive as I am, you probably wouldn't even notice. Highly recommended.
