First, their facilities are aging and the environment is not very good. Maybe it will become like this over time, but their service attitude is also impressive. Last night, I ordered takeout and went downstairs. They never brought it to me. I made 3 phone calls. After waiting for about 40 minutes before it was served, the cake melted a little. Secondly, I couldn't renew my stay today. This old TV is not very good at turning it on. I asked them to come up and turn it on by myself. I made 3 more phone calls and it took more than an hour until now. No one has come yet
