Guoshou Narada Grand Hotel

This hotel, run by a state-owned enterprise, has a small lobby but offers good facilities and a pleasant environment. The executive rooms are quite spacious, both the bathroom and living area. For Hangzhou, it's pretty good value for money. It's also conveniently located near a subway station, making travel easy. Plus, there's a shopping mall nearby.

This is my second time booking this hotel. The room is quite spacious, and the mattress firmness is just right. There are two large shopping malls nearby, making dining, parking, and shopping very convenient! It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway in Hangzhou.

The hotel facilities are new, quiet, comfortable, and well-designed. It's close to the address, with convenient transportation, just 4 stops from West Lake. There are many high-end shopping malls nearby, making shopping and dining convenient.

This isn't my first time in Hangzhou. Before, I always stayed near the West Lake area, but this time, for convenience with shopping, I chose to stay near Qianjiang New Town. MixC and Raffles City are both just a 7-8 minute walk away, and there's a subway station downstairs. A taxi to Hangzhou East Station takes about 20-25 minutes. Facilities: Everything is new, and even the hairdryer is a Laifen. It was over 20 degrees Celsius in Hangzhou, and the room could still get cold air, which was very considerate for someone who gets hot easily. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a very thorough job. They even folded my messy clothes, which I really appreciate! 👍🏻 Service: I do have one complaint – on April 4th, at 5 PM, I went to check-in. There was a bit of a queue with only two front desk staff members. Waiting is fine, but they didn't mention the breakfast times during check-in. I thought since it was a holiday, it might be extended a bit. So, when I went at 9:50 AM, I was told to hurry and grab something because they were about to clear it away. That was a bit frustrating. Overall, the value for money is still good. It's just that the front desk staff should really remind guests of important information like breakfast times.

The location is pretty good, and parking right outside is convenient. The two guys at the front desk were just so-so, really difficult to communicate with. And a heads-up: the executive room doesn't include executive lounge access; the lounge is a separate charge! They don't automatically provide fruit in the room, which feels like a lack of proactive service. Also, the room had a fair bit of dust.
