Every detail you raised was of great importance to us, but it also exposed serious shortcomings in our service and facility management: 1. Regarding the aging room amenities, including poor light-blocking curtains and the disruptive night-light switch at the bedside, we have immediately assigned our engineering department to conduct a comprehensive investigation and rectification to ensure every guest has a comfortable rest. 2. Regarding the frequent air conditioning cessation (when the room temperature reaches the set temperature), we have urgently contacted our maintenance team to thoroughly investigate the cause. If it is a malfunction, we will address it seriously and prevent such incidents from recurring. 3. Regarding the service process, the front desk failed to proactively provide basic information such as the laundry room location and WiFi password. We have immediately organized service training for all staff to strengthen our proactive service awareness and ensure that every guest's needs are promptly addressed and met from check-in to check-out. We once again offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and look forward to earning your trust with a renewed service attitude in the future.
