酒店門口用庫裏南做擺件有點震驚，內部的裝飾和擺件盡顯奢華，服務細節滿滿管家Sarah也極其貼心，賓至如歸，早餐和行政酒店的蛋糕也很好吃，值得二刷。

紀念日的一次選擇。硬件設施，酒店設計，可圈可點。特意佈置了房間、準備了小蛋糕，小石、小沈貼心服務，很暖心。賓館地理位置高端，但頗有些偏。行政酒廊食物選擇不多，尤其酒水還需行政房住户付錢，這點令人費解。早餐是廣式茶點，味道很不錯。酒店泳池健身房很好，也很出片兒，總體不錯。

忘記了哪裡無意刷到，剛好想着過生日訂個酒店，提前和酒店打了招呼過生日，也用心的佈置了房間，很喜歡，還送了蛋糕。環境和服務都很到位，私人管家kira雙雙也是非常熱情，感謝住酒店期間的幫助。下次又機會一定還會去住的。體驗感很棒的一家酒店。

服務熱情周到大堂短髮的女經理和禮賓管家小秦，以及餐廳客房每個遇到的服務人員都會熱情打招呼，設施也是一流，來看jay演唱會回到房間還有精心準備的紅豆沙點心和紀念品娃娃，真的愛了，下次還來👍

因為來杭州看周杰倫演唱會，看了很多最終選擇預訂了蘭博酒店，這次的住宿體驗超級棒！
酒店交通方便，行政酒廊和港式飲茶早餐也很棒！旁邊也有很多商場及美食，管家侯健非常細心周到，推薦了附近特色餐廳以及還制訂了演唱會觀看指南訊息，演唱會遇上大雨，回酒店後服務員還提供了薑茶和暖風機給我們，下次來杭州還會選項這裏❤️
