The hotel hallway had a strange odor. The air conditioning only blew hot air, no cold air. We're not from around here and aren't used to the local climate; we really wanted some cold air. They told me other guests complained, so the cold air was turned off. Are other guests customers and I'm not? My child, even stripped down to underwear at midnight, was still sweating and couldn't sleep from the heat. They also promised a souvenir for my child the next day, but by the time we checked out, no one gave us anything.

The lady at the front desk was beautiful in her Hanfu. The hotel is located right opposite Xixi Wetland, and the room has a balcony with a view.

The service was warm and welcoming, the environment was beautiful, and the room facilities were clean and hygienic.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a gym and a self-service laundry room. The service is incredibly thoughtful, offering 24-hour butler assistance and luggage storage. Rooms are equipped with smart toilets, and attention to detail is evident throughout, making for a truly comfortable and convenient stay.

I looked up the Qingya Hotel in Datong, where I had previously stayed. I didn't pay much attention to the details back then, but this time I found it to be a rather charming hotel. The front desk even had a variety of thoughtful little items, which was a nice touch. However, the breakfast wasn't very good.

I really liked the room type, but the courtyard room's space mainly consists of the outdoor patio, making the actual room itself quite small. There were also some cleanliness issues and signs of aging facilities. Since it's central air conditioning, I had to keep the patio door open to get some air and sleep well, especially with the current warm weather.

Extremely satisfied! The environment is great, quiet, and it's a room with a view. The room is spacious, and the front desk service is excellent. My Hangzhou friends recommended this hotel. You can watch the sunrise at 7 AM. If you like peace and quiet, this is definitely the top choice!
