The hotel's location is convenient, and the environment is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly, making for a comfortable stay. The room facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose it again if I have the chance. The breakfast is also good.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Longxiang Bridge subway station and West Lake. The rooms are spacious and the overall environment is great. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the Atour-branded bedding is incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again if I come to Hangzhou! 🥰

Overall, the environment is quite good, but the price is a bit high, so the value for money isn't great. The surrounding amenities are good, and it's convenient to visit West Lake. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby!

A special shout-out to Chef Feifei from the restaurant! He's a really kind and enthusiastic fellow from Henan. He asked about the taste of the dishes during breakfast, and before we left, we ordered takeout to eat in the restaurant. He even kindly brought an extra plate of food and bananas for the kids. The cleaning staff and the front desk attendant were also very responsible. There's even a popular internet-famous restaurant right next to the hotel that we got to try. After dinner, we could walk to West Lake and Intime for a stroll and some shopping. It was a perfect family trip, and we felt so much kindness everywhere. Although, it was quite expensive during the May Day holiday.

The location is very convenient, and the environment is clean. Highly recommended! The front desk service is excellent and very understanding. It's so nice to go out and explore for food. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable and soft, it molded to my body. The shower had great water pressure, which washed away half my fatigue after a long day of walking. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back next time!

The hotel's location is great, very close to all the attractions and it's very clean. However, the facilities are a bit old.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff are all so lovely and helpful. It's within walking distance to West Lake, and we stayed here for five days while visiting Hangzhou. Plus, there's a laundry room upstairs that's clean and tidy, perfect for washing and drying clothes! Highly, highly recommend!
