First, the pet policy is extremely unclear. When booking, I saw several reviews on Ctrip about pet-friendly rooms in different room types, so I contacted the hotel beforehand to confirm if I could book a non-pet-friendly room and agreed to pay a cleaning fee, but was flatly refused. The standards are inconsistent and opaque. Furthermore, the hotel only has two pet-friendly rooms, priced over 300 yuan more than other room types during the same period, and they also charge an additional 300 yuan for pet cleaning. This fee is higher than Atour Hotel, which shares facilities on the same floor. Second, the staff said the cleaning fee was for thorough cleaning and disinfection, but upon entering the room, I saw obvious urine stains on the curtains and walls, and pet treat crumbs on the floor. The shower was also not properly cleaned. The cleaning fee did not reflect the required cleaning and disinfection standards. Moreover, only one diaper, one pee pad, and one pack of pet wipes were provided on the day of check-in. Third, the hotel's operations and management team is young and inexperienced, and the front desk service is cold. Overall, the pet policy is confusing, and the hygiene conditions are far from meeting the price.

The front desk was polite, and the highly-rated bedding was a pleasant surprise. I slept very comfortably. The breakfast was plentiful, and the late-night porridge was delicious. The surrounding area is Xiaohe Street, a museum, and the boat banquet behind the hotel is both charming and affordable. I'd definitely stay again if I had the chance.

I have been here several times. The hotel always calls in advance before check-in to ask if you are driving and provide the location of the hotel and the parking lot. It is large, has a wide view, good sound insulation, is clean and tidy, and looks very comfortable. There is no peculiar smell in the room and the air is fresh. The TV is also very clear and large, and you can also watch it on the projection screen. The shower was nice and comfortable with just the right amount of pressure. The bathroom is equipped with alcohol wipes for disinfection and wiping, which is a perfect detail. There is also a small refrigerator where you can store small drinks when the weather gets hot. Because of the need, the front desk was very helpful to delay the check-out. I was very satisfied with the overall stay. The blackout of the curtains was also great. I will still choose this Qingju in the future. The quality of Atour is still guaranteed. When I checked out, Miss Hanyue gave me two bottles of mineral water, which was very heartwarming.
