Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre

The breakfast category is complete, and the most important thing is that the taste is also very good. The most worth mentioning is their service. Every staff member is superb, which is why we stayed at their home again. Children especially like it, and they will apply for special children's room cards for children. Two small boat toys were given when I stayed for the first time. This time, each child was given a material bag, and they could collect puzzles in various places in the hotel. This time, it happened to catch up with their Easter event. Finding eggs, painting, and catching small fish in the rooftop garden, the children had a lot of fun. The child was also lucky to find an egg worth 100 points and won the first place. The prize was also very thoughtful. It was a white chocolate Easter egg specially prepared by the hotel dessert department. It was really full of sincerity.

I paid extra to upgrade the room, but the air conditioner had problems and it was hot all night. I upgraded to a suite for free the next day. The problem was solved promptly and effectively, and the upgrade fee was refunded. The suite has a 270-degree view, a great view, a reasonable and orderly layout of the interior space, and attentive and thoughtful service! The breakfast is rich and varied. My mother is old, and everyone is very caring. The elderly are also very comfortable. The afternoon tea is very ordinary, the dessert is too sweet, and the taste is average, which is similar to the executive lounge. There is no need to buy another afternoon tea. After all, it is a new hotel, and the bedding, space design, use of artworks, etc. are all worth choosing. The quality of Four Seasons is beyond doubt.
