HanTing Hotel (Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport Convention and Exhibition Center)

Super convenient, right next to the subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Our takeout was delivered by a robot, which was a nice touch for privacy. The room was clean and well-maintained!

This is a great hotel! It's right by the subway entrance, making it super convenient to get anywhere. It really made me love Suzhou even more! The staff are warm and polite, and they even have washing machines and dryers, which is so convenient and efficient. The price is reasonable too. I'll definitely be back!

They not only patiently introduced all the hotel's facilities but also thoughtfully adjusted my room according to my needs, showcasing both professionalism and a personal touch in every detail. Stepping into the room, its cleanliness and tidiness immediately put me at ease. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly with just the right amount of support, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The room had superb natural light, and the view from the window was quite expansive, making it perfect for both business work and relaxation. The bathroom facilities were modern with strong water pressure, and the quality of the toiletries was also top-notch, washing away a full day's exhaustion.

I booked the airport pickup service, and the wait was quite long, about half an hour. Maybe there weren't many drivers available, as it felt like they were picking up a lot of people each time. The driver was very polite though and even helped with my luggage. The hotel itself was decent, nothing spectacular but clean and simple. Even though it's near the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep after my late-night arrival.

I visited a friend and found the hotel's location quite close to Xiaoshan Airport. However, the beverage selection was limited. On the bright side, there's a Costco on the ground floor, and a shopping complex right across the street, making dining options very convenient.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a large shopping mall and a subway station. The soundproofing is good, the room is clean, and the facilities are very complete! I really liked their beds and pillows. The front desk service was also great; they asked if I wanted a room upgrade (I paid ten yuan to get a larger room near the elevator). They offer airport shuttle service, and it's about a twenty-minute drive from the airport.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually left my hat behind, and when I called the next day, they had kept it safe for me. They even arranged to ship it back quickly.
