Holiday Inn HANGZHOU GCEC by IHG

Overall, everything was pretty good, but I'm not sure why my booking through Trip.com didn't include breakfast. Also, a friendly reminder to everyone: be super careful about slipping when wearing the hotel's slippers in the bathroom – they're incredibly slippery even with a tiny bit of water! I had some water on the bathroom floor, and despite trying to brace myself for two seconds, I still slipped and ended up with a bruised left arm. The hotel's slippers are indeed quite slippery on wet tiled floors, so everyone please be careful.

The front desk service was excellent, very enthusiastic. Avicci and Diana at the front desk were incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Stayed here for a comic convention. The environment was great, service was excellent, and it's very close to the venue. The front desk staff were all very nice.

I brought my child for an event this weekend, and the hotel was very close to the convention center. It's a grand hotel, with a magnificent lobby and spacious, clean rooms. The bed was super soft and comfortable, and they even offered a choice of soft or firm pillows. The service was excellent and enthusiastic, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Getting around was a breeze, whether by subway or taxi!

Excellent location, just across the street from the convention center. The service and environment were impeccable. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of à la carte Chinese dishes. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Right across the street from the convention center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope the surrounding area develops quickly, with more dining and entertainment options soon. The room was very clean and quite comfortable.

Attended an event at the Convention and Exhibition Center, and the hotel's location right across the street was incredibly convenient. The hotel's environment, service, and facilities were all excellent. Special thanks to Avicii and the front desk staff member (I don't remember his ID number) who was working on the evening of July 16th! After being scammed by a unscrupulous platform, they actively helped us, and we were finally able to rebook and check in successfully. I will definitely prioritize staying here again if I come to the Convention and Exhibition Center in the future.
