Beautiful hotel in the west lake. Although the hotel is high up on the hill, it provided an amazing view. The staff were extremely attentive and helped to ensure our hotel stay was smooth and the best. Downstairs is also a cafe.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The location is great and the view is wonderful. The rooms are very clean. A coffee shop belongs to the hotel and the coffee is very delicious. We would come again. ☀️☀️☀️

The hotel is surrounded by a magnificent landscape, perfect to relax. Walkable distance to the West Lake and not too far by taxi from tea plantations. Would definitely go back!

Amazing location with an amazing view!
The staff is very kind and friendly.
There is a good cafe downstairs but the price is quite high, 38 RMB for an Americano, the highest I ever paid in China... 😅

Great homestay, home-y and friendly but not suitable for those with huge luggage as no lift. If you have packed itinerary the great view from the room could be wasted!

Great view and even better value for money. Amenities works as intended and the location is near to the nearest bus stop and walking distance to the zoo. Staff was amazing and extremely accommodating.

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! The team at the guesthouse is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. They even went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests, which we truly appreciated. The views from the guesthouse are stunning, and their on-site café serves excellent coffee.
We will definitely be returning, thank you for making our stay so memorable!
