The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

This stay was quite good! The smart robot on the first floor was very quick and convenient for delivering food and items. The hotel environment was also decent. The location is at the intersection of Xiaoshan and Binjiang districts, and shopping malls are nearby. The front desk service was attentive, and the buffet breakfast on the 13th floor had a wide variety of options and was great value for money. Highly recommended! Five-star review!

I stayed for 5 nights, and this is my first negative review as a long-time Ctrip user! Firstly, the receptionist and other staff were very friendly upon check-in, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, 1. The hotel shares a ground-level parking lot with the apartments and commercial area, and there are practically no parking spaces. Every time I come back, I have to park underground and walk around to the back. Every day, I encounter cars that can't be recognized by the front and have to back up, leaving me in a queue at least five minutes long! 2. I understand the poor soundproofing, and since I travel frequently for work, I always bring my own earplugs. On the first day, the people upstairs and next door were playing cards, making so much noise at midnight that it gave me a headache. I called the front desk, and they said the upstairs neighbors weren't part of the hotel, so they could only watch and couldn't intervene. The next day, around 11 am, I had just fallen asleep when someone upstairs started jumping around, waking us both up in bed. I contacted the front desk again, and they gave me the same answer. On the third day, at 1 am, the phone rang. It was a delivery robot. We hadn't ordered anything and knew it was a mistake, so we opened the door and closed it. The robot left, and I had just lain down when it came back at 1:20 am. The phone rang again, so I had to take the food out and put it on the floor by the door. I had just fallen asleep when the front desk called again at 2 am, asking if the delivery was a mistake! Can't the front desk even come up and check? Can't they check the security footage? This is endless! Calling so late at night, I didn't sleep all night, and I had a meeting at 6 am the next day. The worst part is, the wrong delivery was earplugs! I will never stay here again. This is the worst hotel experience I've had in all these years. I had to take sleeping pills to sleep on the fourth day. I don't know if it was noisy or not, but at least around 9 pm, even if you're in the room without the TV on, you can hear everything people are saying or doing next door. In the morning, you can practically hear the snoring from next door! So changing rooms is pointless! Avoid this hotel if you're going on a business trip. It can't even guarantee you basic rest, so it's unbearable to stay here!

Before checking in, because I had to work overtime that day, I specifically called in the afternoon to request a quiet, non-smoking room, but things went awry. The lobby was a mess, the elevator was shared, and there was a very dirty card room downstairs. The first room I entered was immediately filled with the stench of smoke, and there were four or five large footprints on the floor, and the bedside table was covered in cigarette ash. I immediately contacted the front desk to ask them to change my room. But it wasn't much better. The worst part was the terrible soundproofing; the two men next door were talking late into the night, swearing, and coughing—I could hear them all. I endured the stench of smoke on the bed all night, and the next day I got sick. I patiently and gently explained the situation to the front desk, but their tone became increasingly rude. It wasn't until I checked out the next day, having booked two nights, that a new young woman finally came and explained things to me, seemingly genuinely working. I strongly, strongly, strongly advise against staying at this hotel; it severely damages the reputation of Kaiyuan Hotels.
