Hangzhou Wulin Square Shentang Bridge Atour Hotel

On my trip to Hangzhou, I didn't hesitate to book the Atour Hotel Wulin Plaza Shentangqiao Hangzhou, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get to Wulin Plaza for shopping or to the West Lake scenic area. Getting around was absolutely hassle-free. As soon as I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable. The lobby was bright and clean, and the front desk staff, especially Nan Ze, was warm and friendly. Check-in was efficient, and they thoughtfully provided tips on nearby attractions and things to note, which left a great impression. The room decor was simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, stable water pressure, and good quality toiletries, which made me feel at ease. The hotel amenities are also comprehensive. The laundry room and gym met my daily needs, and the public areas were quiet and peaceful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was great; I enjoyed hot and delicious meals. The overall environment was quiet, the service attentive, and the value for money in this area is outstanding. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, providing a comfortable and reassuring stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hangzhou. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to take Lines 2 and 19. Nearby, you'll find a KFC, McDonald's, Starbucks, and even a Hema Fresh supermarket. From the room, you can see the Baochu Pagoda in the distance. I was here for a concert this week with my mom. When we arrived at the hotel, it was a little before 2 PM, so we waited a short while. The front desk staff were all very friendly and even gave us complimentary breakfast. Atour's quality is consistently good – clean, hygienic, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on.

It's just a 1-minute walk from the subway exit, two stops to West Lake, and within walking distance of the Wulin commercial area – super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and odor-free, and after a long journey, the 'deep sleep' pillow and bouncy mattress helped me fall asleep instantly. The soundproofing is incredible; it's incredibly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The staff member, Nanze, was so warm and thoughtful. They offer hot porridge late at night, and you can even get a packed breakfast if you're catching an early train. The mini-bar drinks are complimentary – all these little touches really cure travel fatigue. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!
