Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay here, and it offers great value for money. The room was cleaned very well; there were no obvious stains on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bed sheets and duvet covers had clearly been changed. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the soundproofing was decent – I barely heard any noise from the hallway, so I slept soundly at night. Hot water came quickly, and both the air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and handled check-in and check-out quickly. The lobby manager, Xiao He, was efficient and quick to resolve any issues, making for a very pleasant experience. Plus, night markets and shopping malls are just a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient for getting around. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

Great location, I'm so happy! It's about 700 meters from the subway station, near Wulin Square. I even visited the statue of John Leighton Stuart nearby. His former residence is here, as well as the Tianshui Church where he preached. The hotel has good soundproofing, so I got a good rest.

Every time I stay at this hotel, I get to enjoy the West Lake view. Overall, it's a good experience. The cleanliness is relatively neat and tidy, and the surrounding area is excellent. Intime Department Store is right downstairs, offering plenty of dining options.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before, even when it had a different name, and my experience this time was still good. The service attitude is great, and the cleanliness is quite satisfactory. The only minor issue was some noise from upstairs that disturbed my rest.

The room isn't huge, but it's fine for one person. The location is really its only selling point. There's no dedicated hotel parking; it's shared with other businesses, so parking isn't included in the room rate. That's my fault for not checking beforehand, but honestly, once you factor in the parking cost, you could probably find a better option elsewhere.

During my trip to Hangzhou, I stayed two nights each at the Hangzhou Hotel and the Zhejiang Hotel. Although the Hangzhou Hotel has a lower rating on Ctrip compared to the Zhejiang Hotel, my personal experience was that the Hangzhou Hotel was better. Both its facilities and service were superior. The higher floors offer a panoramic view of West Lake. The only downside is that parking costs 50 RMB per day, so I'm deducting one star for the facilities.

The hotel's location near the subway is really convenient for getting around. Being right in the city center subway station means you can get anywhere fast. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the soft bedding made for a comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff were also very helpful and even gave us some snacks. Overall, it was a great experience, and we had a full panoramic view of West Lake right from our window.

This hotel is located above a department store in Ginza, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We didn't book breakfast, but the front desk kindly upgraded my child for free. The subway Line 1 is right outside, and bus route 7 goes directly to Lingyin Temple. It's super easy to get around, and the service is really thoughtful!
