The room was incredibly spacious, and we were upgraded to an executive king room. The location is also very convenient, offering easy access to West Lake, Kerry Centre, Hangzhou Tower, Hangzhou Centre, Wulin Square, and other attractions.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed and duvet were especially comfortable, and the surroundings were very quiet, so I slept wonderfully at night.

Overall, a great stay! The room was clean with no strange odors, and well-equipped. The hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, responding promptly to any issues. The location was convenient, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Excellent value for money, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Great value for money! The hotel environment is lovely, and the beds in the rooms are much more comfortable than standard hotels. The staff was also kind enough to grant a late checkout.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. There's even a breakfast place nearby. Our twin room window faced a residential area, and the only downside was some ongoing renovations in the building. The room hygiene was perfect, and they were very generous with bottled water, providing 3 bottles of Bama water daily. The self-service laundry and dryer were a definite bonus.

The environment is clean and it's suitable for family trips. It's also close to West Lake. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Traveling to Hangzhou, choosing this Intercity Hotel was definitely the right decision! The hotel is conveniently located near Wulinmen subway station, making getting around super easy. The hotel facilities are new, the room is spacious and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, so I had a very quiet and restful night. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including local Hangzhou noodles and wontons, as well as Western dishes, and the taste is very good. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The accompanying gym and self-service laundry room are very friendly for both tourists and business travelers. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hangzhou!
