Zety Hotel (Hubin Xihu Longxiangqiao Subway Station Branch Hangzhou)

Traveling to Hangzhou with three people, it's not easy to find hotels that accommodate three. I stumbled upon Zhenting on Trip.com, a name I wasn't familiar with, but it turned out to be an experience beyond 5-star expectations! The hotel's location is perfect, right next to West Lake, and within walking distance to Hubin Pedestrian Street. The hotel even offered us a complimentary, super luxurious and VIP boat tour from Dahua Hotel. Upon arrival, we were immediately treated to a delightful afternoon tea for three – incredible value and so photogenic! The hotel rooms were neat and impeccably clean, and the front desk service was top-notch. When checking in, they thoughtfully provided a WeChat contact, making it easy for us to communicate online at any time. All our inquiries were answered instantly, and they even kindly reminded us of a cold front and offered free hand warmers. Breakfast was included and very extensive. They also assisted us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at this year, truly recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hangzhou. I'll also look for their chain hotels when visiting Shanghai or other cities. A huge thank you to the entire Zhenting team, both front and back office, for giving us an unforgettable trip to Hangzhou!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway station, West Lake, and the Intime shopping district. The rooms are equipped with smart devices like a smart toilet, screen-mirroring TV, and Dyson hairdryer, all very convenient and comfortable to use. Although the breakfast area isn't large, it offers a good variety of options. When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave us a hotel amenity set as a parting gift, which was a thoughtful and warm touch!

Booked the Atour Hotel Xinjie blindly, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is fantastic, making it super easy to get around. The staff are incredibly warm and responsible, paying attention to every detail. They were especially patient and accommodating with the elderly person in our group. The breakfast selection was great, and I particularly enjoyed their stir-fried vegetables – so fresh! Plus, they even offered complimentary sweet soup in the evenings. Very satisfied with our stay.

First, the service 👍 They were incredibly warm and attentive to every guest. When we took a taxi to the airport, a staff member specially came down to help us hail a cab and communicate the exact pick-up location with the driver, even presenting us with a souvenir. Second, the hotel's location is fantastic, right by West Lake. It's just a few minutes' walk to explore West Lake, and there are countless restaurants downstairs, which is super convenient. Third, the hotel's responsiveness to guest requests was impressive: free laundry, a rich breakfast, complimentary drinking water, and even desserts served in the evening. The room was also clean and tidy. A special shout-out to the high-quality drivers on Hangzhou's Didi ride-hailing platform too! 👍

For example, before heading out, they'd thoughtfully ask if I wanted warm water (bottled water was served warm), and even offered hand warmers. In the evenings, they'd bring sweet soup... Plus, the location was excellent, making it super convenient to get everywhere.

I'm really happy with the hotel I booked this time. The location is excellent, right next to West Lake and a commercial complex, so transportation is very convenient! There are also plenty of dining options nearby! The buffet offers a wide variety of choices! Most importantly, the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff's service attitude is incredibly warm, welcoming, and thoughtful, showing great service awareness! They even brought desserts to our room in the evening and helped with our luggage. It was truly wonderful, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!
