The service was absolutely impeccable, especially the cleaning lady, Sister Leng. She's incredibly hardworking and diligent, and truly deserves a bonus. We told her not to bother cleaning until we checked out, but she insisted on tidying up for us anyway. A million thanks to her! I hope the company gives her a bonus.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the room hygiene is very well maintained. The facilities inside the room are new and functional, and the soundproofing is excellent. Daisy and Lingxiao provided meticulous and patient service. Choosing Hang Zhou WestLake HuBin JieFang Road AtourS Hotel for accommodation is very reassuring. Highly recommended. The breakfast was also pretty good.

My stay at Atour S Hotel Hangzhou Jiefang Road exceeded my expectations! The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. Coming back late at night, I was pleasantly surprised by a warm late-night snack; a bowl of hot congee instantly chased away all my fatigue. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was excellent. The attention to detail truly showed. Wu You, Nan Xi, San Fen, and Yun Xian all provided very thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

Parking was a bit of a hassle, but everything else was great. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. 👍 The hotel's design is unique and well-thought-out. The service was excellent; they even delivered my laundry right to my door after it was done. Every staff member I encountered had a smile on their face. A really great choice overall!

The room was highly automated, and the service was warm and attentive. It's quite close to West Lake, and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend it!

I'm not sure if it's the climate here that makes it easy for insects to breed, but I ended up with a bunch of hard, itchy bumps...and they oozed when I scratched them open...

The room was clean, bright, and very elegant. The staff, Ling Xiao and Jiu Yue, were attentive and responsible, and their explanations were very detailed.
