Qianye Hotel（Hangzhou West Lake Branch）

I booked a room randomly. The location is pretty good, and the exterior looks nice. Once inside, well, I wasn't expecting much anyway. The front desk staff was very good. I do think they could perhaps cover the elevator a bit... It was a bit awkward opening my door and making eye contact with people in the elevator, since my room was right across from it 😂. But overall, my stay was good, everything was fine~ It was enough for one person. Anyway, for a special offer room, I didn't have high expectations~

Hygiene: The hygiene was quite good. Environment: The environment was also very nice and comfortable. Service: The lady at the front desk was very kind and even gave a small gift. Facilities: The facilities were also good.

Our first night in Hangzhou was at a hotel in the old town, on a tree-lined street. We booked a room with a terrace, and it was really chill to sit in the courtyard at night and enjoy the breeze. The environment and service were excellent, and the surrounding atmosphere was great too. There's a local breakfast chain right downstairs. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Environment: The transportation is very convenient. It's a quick taxi ride to West Lake, and there's a subway directly to Hangzhou East Station nearby. It's located on a small side street, surrounded by local residential areas, so it's very quiet! There are also many dining options around, and a Michelin-rated breakfast spot right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Service: The two ladies at the front desk provided excellent and very enthusiastic service. Considering my mother's menopause-related sleep issues and our nine-night stay, they even upgraded us to a quieter room type! Cleanliness: The room was cleaned very well, and the facilities were good. It definitely lives up to the price, offering great value for money.

The hotel is showing its age with many facilities old or missing, which is a bit of a shame, but overall it's still okay.

The hotel environment is great and the service is excellent. It feels very cozy within the community. It's close to the subway and there are many supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. Ordering takeout is also very easy, with plenty of options. The room is quite spacious and really nice. I'll definitely come back next time.

The room is spacious and very clean. There's a great breakfast place right outside the door, and the surrounding area is lovely. Plus, you can bring your dog – it's the best!
