Unbelievable value for money! From the facilities to the staff service, everything was impressive! The front desk lady even upgraded our room, and her service attitude was lovely. The room facilities were new and clean, and the breakfast offered a rich selection of local specialties – all very delicious! Honestly, among hotels of this star rating, Atour truly offers incredible value for money!

1. The breakfast spread was generous, and I particularly enjoyed the poached chicken. 2. The hotel staff provided excellent and welcoming service. 3. The cleanliness was also good, and I appreciated the reading area on the first floor. I'll definitely be back.

This was my second trip to China, and since I hadn't stayed at Atour before, I specifically chose it this time. 1. Front Desk My flight was delayed, so I arrived after 11 PM. I specifically asked the front desk to reserve a late-night snack for me. The bespectacled young man working the night shift provided excellent service! The next morning, a lovely lady at the front desk also went out of her way to help me call about getting a phone number for foreigners, which I greatly appreciated! The front desk staff even remembered my room number, excellent service! 2. Breakfast The breakfast was great. I had it for three days, and the menu changed slightly each day. The auntie making the noodles was also very kind and allowed me to customize my order. The noodles were delicious too! 3. Laundry Service Since it was summer, we used the laundry service quite a few times. The aunties followed my requests for washing and drying perfectly, it was great! 4. Bedding No need to say much, it was really comfortable. 5. Room Facilities/Cleanliness The facilities were comprehensive. On the first day of my stay, I felt there was a little room for improvement. After mentioning it to the auntie on the second day, it became exceptionally clean! Overall, it was a very good stay!

The room facilities are new and clean, and the bedding is just as advertised, conducive to a good night's sleep. The hotel service is excellent; they upgraded our room, and promptly provided chairs and water upon request. Their responses were quick, making it worth another stay. Plus, there's a book lounge, which is a great bonus.

The hotel's location is quite close to West Lake Culture Square; you can get to restaurants and shops within 10 minutes by walking along the canal from the hotel. However, other popular attractions are a bit far and require a subway or taxi ride. The hotel environment is clean and tidy. The lobby on the first floor has many books for reading, which is great for passing time if it's too hot to go out. The front desk staff were very attentive; they proactively offered bottled water and reminded us to stay hydrated because of the heat when we were heading out. The breakfast was also very rich and satisfying. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

The hotel has a unique and stylish design, and its location is very convenient. The service is also warm and welcoming. Overall, it's a great place.

The hotel was okay overall, but it's a bit far from West Lake and the surrounding area is quite secluded, right by a dry riverbed. I don't think the nearly 700 price tag was worth it. The elevator was very dimly lit, and there were no smart devices in the room, just a basic room. The only thing that stood out was that the bed was slightly better than other hotels. The overall facilities were mediocre, and in terms of location, environment, facilities, and service, it didn't meet my expectations.

The room was nice, and the transportation was quite convenient, being relatively close to the subway station.

Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't recommend the lake view as it's completely blocked by trees.
